Driving Directions:
From the North, I-95 and Route 1:Take I-95 South to Exit 4B (Route 1 South). Take Route 1 South to Exit 98 (the first exit after the Dover toll plaza - Rt. 8, Downtown Dover). At the stop sign at the end of the exit ramp, turn right onto Rt. 8/Division St. Travel approximately 1.5 miles to the first traffic light (Rt. 13 intersection). Turn left onto Rt. 13 and get into the far right lane. You will pass TGI Friday’s Restaurant on the right. When you see Wawa Market on the right, turn right onto Court St. immediately after the Wawa. Move to the left lane and travel approximately one mile to the first stop sign. Cross Legislative Avenue and continue to the next stop sign. Turn left onto Federal Street. The Margaret O’Neill Building is the second building on your right.
From the Southwest/Seaford/Laurel Areas, Route 13:
Take Route 13 North to Dover and turn left at Court Street (if you pass Wawa on your left and Royal Farms on your right, you have gone too far). Move to the left lane and travel approximately one mile to the first stop sign. Cross Legislative Avenue and continue to the next stop sign. Turn left onto Federal Street. The Margaret O’Neill Building is the second building on your right.
